About ‘Sit Right’

Written in F# Minor, ‘Sit Right’ has a slightly darker tone than many of the tracks on ‘In-Flight Entertainment’. A call and response in the verse asks ‘are we where we want to be?’ the answer is, we’re back where we started. Life can feel cyclical sometimes, especially when you feel stuck in the same routines, but with a rising, building swell of sound and emotion towards the end of the track, it seems almost like the cycle has been broken.

The single was recorded at the renowned Rockfield recording studios in Monmouth, Wales. The studio has a rich recording history and has hosted recording sessions for many iconic artists, including Queen, Oasis, Stone Roses, and Coldplay.

Laurence 'Loz' Anslow, who has worked with artists such as Paul McCartney, Mumford & Sons, Muse, and Coldplay, produced, engineered, and mixed the single.
